Meat is precious cargo and we pledge to deliver it to your home:
Accurately – So that everything on your order form makes it into your cooler
Promptly – To ensure freshness, and that you are nearby to transfer it to your order to your fridge
Safely – To prevent the transfer of food-borne pathogens or COVID
Securely – So that somebody else doesn’t walk off with your meat
Here are the steps we take to keep you informed:
1.) We send out an updated order form to our members on the third week of every month and distribute them on the fourth full week of every month.
Chapel Hill/ Carrboro/ Hillsborough
Last Tuesday (of a full week) of every month*:

2.) We will send you three text messages on delivery day:
- The first is a reminder to leave out a cooler for us in the location you designated on your order form
- The second is an automatic message when we’re 30 minutes away
- The third is an automatic message when the delivery is complete
